Respected Sir,
The Jammiyathu Ahlil Quran val hadhees is a registered Society, having
its head office at 61, Ayyasamy Pillai St, Pudupet, Chennai. It has got various
branches throughout Tamilnadu. In Melapalayam branch I am the society. The main
object of the society is to preach and teach about Quran and promote moral
values amongst mohammadan youths. It also has in its object to provide relief
for in plan and destitute home. The said society has got its own by laws.
The General Secretary
appointed Mr. P.M. Samsul luha for supervising the Masjidur Rahman Pallivasal
construction and also as preacher for the Melapalayam branch of the said
society in 1994. Taking advantage of his position in the branch he has unauthorizedly collected
huge amounts to the sum of 10 lakhs both in India and outside India using the
receipt of this branch and the letter head of this branch. He has also formed a
society, “Melapalayam Jammiyathu Ahlil Quran val Hadhees” and also Masjidur
Rahman Executive Committee. The amounts collected for Masjidur Rahman
Pallivasal is syphoned off to the said
Committee without the knowledge of the head office or office bearer of the
local branch. He is only a servant of Jammiyathu Ahlil Quran val Hadhees
Registered society No. 105/89. He has no authority to collect on behalf of
society. He has misappropriated to the time 10 lakhs. He wanted to create
parallal Organization on his own using the funds of the society. Its amounts to
the Criminal breach of Trust, misappropriation and cheating. He has also
removed all the vouchers and files from the branch office. On coming to know
that he has unauthorizedly collected from various persons, I questioned him and
also reported that the matter to the head office I and through letter on
07.11.2005. He has used the seal of the President and also collected money as
though he is to conduct a conference. He has not done so. He has
misappropriated that money also.
The head office on getting the complaint from me
requested him to appear him for enquiry
and evaded and hence the President of the society terminated the
services of Mr. Samsul Luha in and by Lr dt. 20.11.2005 and has directed me
take appropriate legal steps against him. I showed him the order of the head
office and requested him not to interfere in the activities of the Masjidur
Rahman Pallivasal. He got furious and aplenty declared that no body on earth
can question him and he will create trouble and law and order problem. Hence I
request your goodself to enquire in to the matter and recover the amount
misappropriated by him and deal with him. according to can and protecte the
property of the pallivasal.

1. வெளிநாட்டவர்களிடம் பணம் பெற்று விட்டு பொருளாளர் கையெழுத்து இன்றி லுஹா மட்டும் கையெழுத்திட்டு அனுப்பியுள்ள ரசீதுகளின் காப்பி இணைப்பாக கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ரசீது நம்பர், திர்ஹம், இந்திய மதிப்பு கீழே உள்ளது.

2. அஹ்மது இமாம் என்பவரிடம் ரூபாய் 5000 பெற்று விட்டு 2-5-96 தேதியிட்டு லுஹா ரசீது கொடுத்து உள்ளார். இதற்கு, மஸ்ஜிதுர் - ரஹ்மான் கட்டட வளர்ச்சி நிதி ஜம்யிய்யத்து அஹ்லில் குர்ஆன் வல்ஹதீஸ், 20, அத்தியடி கீழத் தெரு, மேலப்பாளையம் என அச்சிட்ட ரசீது கொடுத்து உள்ளார். ரசீது எண் 270.
3. ரூபாய் ஒரு லட்சத்து இருபதாயிரம் பெற்றுக் கொண்டு ரசீது அனுப்பாமல் மேலப்பாளையம் ஜாக் என்ற லட்டர் பேடில் கடிதம் மட்டும் கொடுத்துள்ளார்.
4. ரசீதுகளில் நம்பர் இல்லாமல் வசூலிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ரசீதுகளில் நமக்கு கிடைத்த 2 ரசீதுகளின் காப்பி
5. தமிழ்நாடு ஜமாஅத்துல் உலமா சார்பில் மாநாடு நடத்தப் போவதாக வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு நன்கொடை கேட்டு கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளார். அதில் பொருளாளர் என்று எஸ். ஹெச். அப்துல் காதர் பார்ட்னர் எஸ். ஆர். டிரஸ்ஸஸ் என உள்ளது. அவருடைய செல் ந{ர் 9444413440க்கு போன் போட்டுக் கேட்டால் எனக்குத் தெரியாது என்கிறார்.
அதில் இணைச் செயலாளராக போட்டுள்ள ரிபாஈ பாஸி,ரஷாதியை 9443581777 என்ற எண்ணுக்கு போன் போட்டுக் கேட்டால் இப்படி ஒரு லட்டர் பேடையே இப்பொழுதுதான் கேள்விப்படுகிறேன் என்கிறார் அதில் கவுரவத் தலைவராக போட்டுள்ள நிஜாமுத்தீன் ஆலீமை 2352145 என்ற எண்ணுக்கு போன் போட்டுக் கேட்டால் இந்த லட்டர் பேடு பற்றி எனக்கு எதுவும் தெரியாது என்கிறார்.
